The EmBODIED Edit
Practice who you’re becoming
MISSION
Our mission is to develop strong, capable humans—on stage, in the gym, and in real life.
Through embodied coaching, we help dancers, athletes, and everyday individuals train with intention, evolve sustainably, and become who they’re practicing to be.
VALUES
Embodiment over aesthetics – Felt strength first. Visual change follows.
Evolution over reinvention – Practice > perfection.
Strength as self‑trust – Capability that carries into life.
Human, not hustle – Grounded, reflective, real.
We're not here to follow trends—we're here to build something that lasts.
Services
Performance
For dancers, aesthetic athletes, and bodybuilders
Performance coaching through The EmBODIED Edit is built for athletes whose bodies are central to their craft. Your body isn’t just something you train—it’s something you use. This approach prioritizes precision, awareness, and longevity, so your training supports how you move, perform, and recover over time.
We don’t chase exhaustion or aesthetics in isolation. We build strength that translates—into cleaner lines, greater control, and confidence under pressure—rooted in sustainability and respect for the demands of your craft.
Lifestyle
For men and women training for real life
Lifestyle coaching through The EmBODIED Edit is for people who want to feel strong, capable, and confident—not just in the gym, but in their everyday lives. This isn’t about chasing a version of yourself you don’t recognize, but evolving into the version of yourself you want to become.
We use training as a tool to build sustainable habits, embodied confidence, and self-trust—so strength feels grounded, realistic, and supportive of the life you’re actually living, and the life you want to create.
Who We Are
Originally developed through working with dancers and athletes, our philosophy has expanded to support people across a wide range of goals—without losing its foundation. At its core, this work is about embodiment: training the body in a way that supports how you move, perform, and live.
We take a holistic approach to coaching, considering movement quality, lifestyle demands, recovery, and mindset alongside strength training. The result is an approach that prioritizes longevity, confidence, and sustainability—no matter the path.
Different bodies. Different goals. One embodied standard.
Working with The EmBODIED Edit is not a transactional coaching experience—it’s a relationship built on trust, consistency, and honest communication.
From the start, coaching is collaborative and supportive. We take the time to understand how you move, how you live, and what you actually need in this season—not just what you think you should be doing. Programming is personalized, feedback is ongoing, and communication stays open so you never feel like you’re navigating things alone.
Over time, many clients notice a shift—not just in their bodies, but in how they relate to training altogether. Goals become less about chasing a specific look and more about feeling strong, capable, and grounded in their body. Aesthetic changes still happen—but they become the byproduct, not the pressure.
For many, this process becomes an anchor. A consistent point of support that brings clarity, structure, and confidence into their week. Training stops feeling like something you have to force, and starts feeling like something that supports you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is coaching designed to meet you where you are, evolve with you, and stay with you through the changing seasons of life.
Results/Testimonials
"I know I still have work to do, but this program has truly been an anchor in my life. Stress with my business has been so high for a while now and I’ve often felt like I just don’t know what to do, but being able to focus on my workouts and meal prep has allowed me to just wait for the direction I needed. People keep looking at me like I’m delusional when I tell them I’m doing good, but really, this is truly the best I have ever felt!”
— Coaching Client, Tara
“I've been feeling so good mentally and I am doing better with finding a balance between totally locked in and giving myself some grace. I've been getting way more sleep than I have been for at least a year so yay! I also really love the changes we’ve made to the meal plan and feeling better and more energized as a result. Plus, I’ve increased weight or reps pretty much across the board on all of my workouts so I’m definitely feeling stronger and more motivated!
— Coaching Client, Makayla
“I definitely can be hard on myself, but learning that just showing up and give it my all is all that matters! I definitely feel the best I have felt in a while - I feel focused, I feel strong, I feel healthier. I feel more comfortable in my skin. I’ve been enjoying this more than you could even know and more than I could even imagine. Thank you SO much for staying on top of me and pushing me to be the best version of me!”
— Coaching Client, Kiana
“This has been SUCH a learning process so far - it has been so helpful to have weekly check in calls and be able to get all my questions in between these calls answered in a voice note so I always know how and why we are doing something. I was worried going into this about how I was going to stay on track with all the travel I had planned in the first 3 months, but it has eased my mind so much to have an intentional approach that feels doable for each trip.”
